Export traceability and production control: locking down critical mineral flows

Logistics shocks and tighter buyer requirements have shifted mining performance toward flow control. A credible value chain must be able to connect production data, commercial quality, moisture, handling losses, exported volumes, and actual cash settlement.

In many operations, the performance gap is not inside the plant but at the interfaces: poorly reconciled stock movements, weak independent controls, inconsistent documentation, or fragmented reporting between mine, laboratory, logistics, and administration.

Production control and export traceability therefore need a clear operating architecture with defined measurement points, documented chain of custody, reconciliation protocols, and dashboards shared between operators, regulators, and finance teams.

Terra Pretiosa structures these systems to reduce revenue leakage, improve declaration quality, and strengthen confidence between operators, states, and commercial counterparties.
